Description

A comforting yet elevated classic, this Apple & Almond Tarte layers a gently spiced apple butter, topped with a rich, nutty frangipane, topped with thinly sliced apple and finished with a drizzle of apple caramel. Warm, balanced and delicately sweet, it offers a refined take on a familiar favourite.

Note: All curds, jams and compotes are homemade.
Storage

Our tartes last for up to 3 days. To keep them fresh and at their best, store your tartes in the fridge. For the perfect flavour and texture, allow them to come to room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving.
