A rich and indulgent creation, this Cherry Dark Chocolate Tarte features an all-butter chocolate shortcrust filled with intense dark chocolate ganache, layered over black cherry compote and kirsch-soaked cherries. Finished with a glossy dark chocolate glaze, it delivers a deep, luxurious balance of sweetness and sharpness in every bite.

Note: All curds, jams and compotes are homemade.
Storage

Our tartes last for up to 3 days. To keep them fresh and at their best, store your tartes in the fridge. For the perfect flavour and texture, allow them to come to room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving.
